A coded creative system for an AI-native content platform

MRCL Make needed more than a conventional brand identity. It needed a system that could scale across people, platforms and formats while remaining coherent, recognisable and easy to use.

I developed a web-based creative system combining visual identity, motion, reusable components and coded behaviours. The aim was to turn brand principles into something executable: a shared language that could work across presentations, advertising, digital interfaces, animation and campaign content.

Rather than creating a static set of guidelines, the system was designed to behave. Motion rules, interaction states, visual logic and reusable components help keep outputs consistent while still allowing flexibility and creative variation.

The result is a brand system built for both human teams and AI-assisted workflows: clear enough to guide creative decisions, structured enough to scale, and flexible enough to evolve.
